Founded in 1945 by The Childhood League, The Childhood League Center is committed to providing the best possible early learning opportunities for children in our community, birth to age 6, with developmental delays and their families.

     The comprehensive services of the Center, a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization, focus on the development of strong relationships and help each child develop to their fullest potential. Children with special needs receive all services free thanks to a long-term partnership with Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities (FCBDD) and the generosity of individual and corporate contributions. Typically developing children pay a nominal tuition with scholarships available for qualifying families.

     The Center’s programs include Early Intervention classes for children ages 12 months to 3 years, Preschool classes for children with and without delays ages 3 to 6 years, and our home-based Help Me Grow program.
