The mission of the R. F. Hairston Early Learning Center is to provide the very best possible childcare to enrich the growth of children age(s) 18 months through 5 years of age, by offering educational programs in music, art, language, and exposure to various community activities. Our goal is to plan activities that teach skills, concepts, and to shape the future, one child and one family at a time.

     Our goal at the R. F. Hairston Early Learning Center is to provide for the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual growth of your child. We are eclectic in approach basing our program on a knowledge of child development. We offer a warm, loving, yet stimulating environment, where children can be curious and active in safety.

     Children are a precious gift from God, to be nurtured and developed from their first breath. Our goal is to complement your child's home experience during the time he/she spends with us. We want to work closely with you regarding your child's total development.

     Religious, as well as other cultural values (honesty, respect, sharing, caring, etc.) are shared with the children through stories, songs, prayers, and interactions among the children and teachers.
