Schedule & FTE This position is offered at 0.6 FTE (part-time) with flexibility for additional clinical shifts based on department needs and candidate interest. In some cases, there may be consideration for expanded FTE, including a potential pathway toward full-time status depending on operational needs and mutual agreement.
What You'll Do - Provide comprehensive hospital-based obstetric care, including labor management and delivery coverage
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage obstetric patients in a high-acuity inpatient setting
- Collaborate closely with physicians, certified nurse midwives, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
- Perform emergency obstetric procedures as needed
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and clinical excellence
What Were Looking For - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Strong interest in hospital-based obstetric practice
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Experience working with Certified Nurse Midwives is a plus
