Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech </p><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities:</span></b></p><p></p><p>Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson &amp; Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position will:</p><ul><li>Apply strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure systems operation to schedule design, approve, and release artwork for all labeling</li><li>Partner with other Project Leads to deliver Process Improvement efforts for the Labeling team. Identify improvements and deliver processes within the business and across the Labeling team to drive effectiveness and efficiency.</li><li>Serve as the primary resource in each business to understand both the external regulatory and compliance environment. Provide the capability to deliver solutions to the changes in these environments.</li><li>Provide management with appropriate recommendations as technology emerges after carefully researching logistics and analysis of current business practices for process and/or system improvement.</li><li>Proactively find opportunities to improve/enhance labeling systems and processes.</li><li>Plans, develops and implements projects and project plans, including objectives and benefits analysis. Leads implementation of new business process solutions and routinely monitors new processes to ensure that project objectives have been met and that all collaborators are satisfied.</li><li>Forms and leads process improvement teams that involve and impact internal and external customers</li><li>Aligns activities, goals and objectives with the strategic goals and key priorities identified by the company</li><li>Continually improves expertise in process improvement techniques and guides process improvement techniques to others</li><li>Coaches and mentors others in developing new skills and strengthening team relationships</li><li>Regularly updates Management staff and team members on project status</li><li>Maintains the team’s transparency to Global Regulatory and Compliance requirements.</li><li>Effectively communicates to all affiliate sites, plants, other J&amp;J companies and relevant business partner the development of standardized approaches as new technologies are introduced</li><li>Develops domestic &amp; international relationships &amp; contacts to improve communications worldwide. Gain alignment from managers and stakeholders regarding process change activities</li><li>Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level</li><li>For those who supervise a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable</li><li>Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures</li><li>Performs other duties assigned as needed</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Experience and Qualification</span></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>Required:</span></b></p><ul><li>Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Scientific or Business-related field</li><li>Requires a minimum of four (4) years of experience in labeling, supply chain, operations and/or cross-functional business environment</li><li>Requires ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks/projects</li><li>Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of management.</li><li>Deep understanding of configuration and change management</li><li>Knowledge of various label and packaging printing and manufacturing processes</li><li>Experience partnering with external service providers required</li><li>Experience of core Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Preferred:</span></b></p><ul><li>Experience with allocating and managing work with staffing resources preferred</li><li>Experience on graphic design processes and software systems like InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred.</li><li>Experience on product labeling creation, maintenance and print solutions</li><li>Experience with RCA, CAPA, or systemic root-cause problem solving</li><li>Experience in highly regulated or complex industries (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical)</li><li>Strong project management capability, including prioritization, risk assessment, issue escalation, and effective decision support</li></ul><p></p><p><b>OTHER</b></p><p>Johnson &amp; Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
