Learn more at </b><a href="https://www.jnj.com/" target="_blank"><b>https://www.jnj.com/</b></a><b>.</b><b> </b></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>We are searching for the best talent for Lead Operator .</b></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>You will be responsible for:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Production Leadership</b></p><p>· Oversee daily assembly line and distribution flow to meet production schedules and performance targets.</p><p>· Monitor output, proactively address bottlenecks, and adjust resources to maintain operational efficiency.</p><p><b>Team &amp; Personnel Management</b></p><p>· Supervise, train, and mentor operations specialists to support growth, consistency, and performance.</p><p>· Provide coaching, conduct regular feedback sessions, and manage scheduling and shift coordination.</p><p><b>Quality &amp; Safety Compliance</b></p><p>· Uphold and enforce company safety, quality, and regulatory standards across the production floor.</p><p>· Drive adherence to compliance requirements and support investigations, audits, and corrective actions.</p><p><b>Operational Efficiency &amp; Improvement</b></p><p>· Partner cross-functionally to optimize assembly line layout, workflows, and material handling.</p><p>· Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve process reliability.</p><p><b>Systems &amp; Technology</b></p><p>· Utilize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to manage manufacturing data, inventory accuracy, and production tracking.</p><p>· Maintain accurate documentation and support data-driven decision-making.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications/Requirements:</b></p><p></p><p>· Experience: 2-4 years experience in manufacturing. Production supervision, or logistics leadership is preferred.</p><p>· Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams of 30&#43; employees in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred</p><p>· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); experience with MES platforms preferred.</p><p>· Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination between shop-floor personnel and management.</p><p>· Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and recommend actionable, sustainable improvements.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Johnson &amp; Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
