This role leads the US EdTech data and analytics agenda, oversees the Strategic Meetings Management function (including third-party contractors), and ensures a high-performing operating cadence for leadership decision-making.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Chief of Staff & Executive Operations:</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Lead leadership cadence including LT meetings, strategic forums, agendas, pre-reads, decision tracking, and follow-ups.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Translate VP priorities into executable workstreams with clear accountability and milestones.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Prepare executive narratives, presentations, and materials for key leadership moments.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>Data & Analytics Leadership:</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Own the US EdTech data and analytics strategy, dashboards, and KPI governance.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Drive actionable insights to support leadership decisions using Power BI, Excel, and enterprise tools.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Partner with enterprise data teams to ensure data integrity and one source of truth.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>Strategic Meetings Management:</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Oversee end-to-end strategic meetings operations across US EdTech.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Lead third-party agencies and contractors; manage SLAs, QBRs, and performance.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Ensure compliance, financial discipline, and high-quality event execution.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>Financial & Compliance Oversight:</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Manage BPO budgets, POs, invoicing, and vendor governance.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Compliance on audits, reconciliations, and risk management.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>People & Contractor Leadership:</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Lead and develop internal operations and analytics teams.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Oversee onboarding, performance, and productivity of external contractors.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>• Bachelor’s degree<span> </span></span><span>required</span><span>; Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
