Event Development Temporary Assistant (JN -122024-385291)
Primary Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the Special Events team including but not limited to fulfillment and event and volunteer support. * Assist the Special Events team and fulfillment department with ordering supplies for each event. * Assist with shipping event materials from the corporate office to volunteers using foundation database and shipping vendors. * Assist with updating event and participant information. * Assist and provide support to volunteer inquiries. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. * Support the Fulfillment Specialist and management as assigned. * Other duties as assigned. Minimum Position Requirements * One-year experience working in an office environment preferred. * General office and organizational skills required - copying, scanning, filing. * Advanced knowledge of Excel * Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Internet. * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people. * Positive attitude, professional demeanor, common sense, adaptability and flexibility required. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Good interpersonal skills. * Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. * Reporting skills, supply management, scheduling, Microsoft office skills, organization, and time management. * Ability to work seasonal overtime as required. * Ability to represent the Foundation professionally at all times.
